This policy explains what personal information vyntex.ai collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can: only what you choose to send us.
Who we are
"Vyntex", "we" and "us" mean the Vyntex studio that runs this website. You can reach us at info@vyntex.ai.
This policy covers this website only. Our mobile apps and our brands' online stores are covered by the privacy information in their own store listings and storefronts.
What we collect and why
We only collect personal information when you give it to us through one of these forms:
- Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), the topic you pick and your message. We use it to reply to you and route your enquiry to the right team.
- Event registration and coaching enrollment: your name, email, phone number, city, the session or exam type you choose and any notes you add. We use it to confirm your place, send joining details and follow up about the event or course.
- Referral program sign-in: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID. We use them to show your referral dashboard.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not take payment details on this website.
Information stored automatically
Like any website, our hosting provider (Google Cloud) keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
If you sign in to the referral program, your sign-in session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Signing out or clearing your browser data removes it.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that run these features for us, and only for that purpose:
- Formspree, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google, which hosts the site (Google Cloud), stores event and coaching registrations (Google Sheets) and handles referral sign-in (Firebase Authentication).
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us, for example until your enquiry is answered or your event or course has finished, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@vyntex.ai and we will respond as soon as we can, and within any time limit the law sets.
Children
Many of our learners are students. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you register or send us your details. If you think a child has given us information without permission, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit who on our team can see your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
