The site is run by Vyntex ("we", "us"). How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
Using the site
You may use the site for any lawful purpose. Please do not:
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- send spam, false information or someone else's details through our forms;
- copy large parts of the site automatically or reuse it in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it is general information, not professional advice, and it may change without notice. Products marked "Coming soon" may change or launch later than planned.
Events, trial classes and coaching
- Registering for an event, trial class or coaching session records your interest; it does not guarantee a place until we confirm it with you.
- Some events, such as our free trial class, are by invitation only.
- Fees, payment and refund terms for coaching are confirmed with you before you pay. We do not take payment on this website.
- We may need to reschedule or cancel a session. If we do, we will tell you using the contact details you gave us.
Our apps and stores
Our apps are downloaded from app stores such as Google Play, and our brands sell through marketplaces such as Amazon. Downloads and purchases there are governed by that store's terms and the app's or seller's own terms.
IELTSXpert gives practice feedback and band estimates. These are not official IELTS scores.
Trademarks
Vyntex, CadetsXpert, IELTSXpert and our other product and brand names are ours. Marketplace and app store names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to say where our products are sold.
Exam names such as IELTS, Cambridge O Level and Cambridge A Level belong to their owners. Our apps are independent study tools and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the exam boards.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and video on this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to view the site and share links to it, but please do not copy or reuse the content without our permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as app stores, marketplaces and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Our responsibility
The site is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
